Eagles Volleyball Opens Season with Five-Set Home Victory

The IRCS Varsity Volleyball team opened its 2026 season with an exciting five-set victory over a talented Academy of the Holy Names team on Tuesday night.

Playing in front of their home crowd, the Eagles battled through a competitive match before taking control of the decisive fifth set. IRCS secured the set 15–8 to finish the night with a hard-earned 3–2 victory and begin the season with a 1–0 record.

The Eagles will look to build on their strong start when they travel to Palm Harbor University High School on Thursday, August 20.
